Net Community Go LIve - Help needed!

We are getting ready to go live with NetCommunity online giving and event registration and have several questions. Any help you could give us would be appreciated.


1. Can anyone share communication pieces (mail, email, publication, web, social media) that had an impact on driving participation in net community?


2. Did anyone run special contests or provide incentives to drive participation in net community? If so, can you provide details.


3. Does anyone have a script of your FAQs that you could share with us?

To be honest, we didn't push our donors to create logins. We Just kind of introduced the site and naturally people began to create accounts. We did add a reference to making giving faster and easier and updating contact info, mailing preferences, and viewing giving history in the email acknowledgement.
