Changing the format of Net Solutions processing and not informing your users

I went to process memberships that were made online and the whole process and look was different this morning. I was not able to process the memberships if one existed and an entire new membership was created. I was missing many of the fields that were obvious to me the day before, where I would click F7 to get me to their existing membership information and was able to update from here.



I then had to go and delete the new membership that was created through net community and apply the gift and update their information after I had committed the batch.



I contacted support and David had John Lindsay (your consultant) call me and help me through this new process which is actually quite simple. John was wonderful in showing me the new steps, BUT YOU SHOULD INFORM YOUR USERS IF A CHANGE IS BEING MADE TO THE WAY WE WILL BE PROCESSING GIFTS IN RE.
