Hi Rob. Online Express tracks email performance through open rates, click rates, and donation rates. Currently, the click rate stat is based on the count of recipients that clicked on any link in the email. It does not track which specific links are clicked.

Can you tell us a little more about how you would like to use the individual link click data? Would you expect a dashboard type view showing all the links in a message and their corresponding click rates, or would you prefer the granular click data to be exported to the CSV?

  • Either one would be fine, I just want to know what links got clicked and, if possible, by whom.

I, too would love to see more granular analytics. Knowing which links are clicked on tells you what drives people to your website, etc. Please upgrade the analytics. It has been 3.5 years since this topic was created. Perhpas you could integrate Google analytics.

We need to know what time of day people are clicking links as well, and export these reports as CSVs. Net Community had more capability in terms of clicks and metrics, we need to be able to determine if our email send times are effective.

We need full reports on behaviors of anyone receiving our emails. Is there anything like this in the works? There is not enough data currently.

  • Knowing that
recipients click links is not very helpful. Knowing which links
    they click is.

  • Our organiozation woudl like to see a more defined view as well for click/rates. A dashboard in NXT would great to see who clicked on which link so we could really drill down preferences of our donors and their interests (able to create a list and possibel use for a future email) as well as a broad scope of what links were clicked on vs. which were not.
