do I have to include the CSC code on the online donation page even if I have turned that requirement off on my Merchant Services account? Is there a way to remove that from the donation page?

Yes, Card Security Code (CSC) are required on the Online Express donation and event registration forms.



We highly recommend that you use CSC to help prevent credit card fraud and to protect your donors.

Is this still the case?  We have an odd situation in which some credit cards were collected offline, but without having collected the CSC.
