Deleting messages from email history

Is there a way to delete recently sent messages from the email message history? I recently had to send several test messages and would like to scrub them from the email history so they don't clog up our reports.

Hi Amy. There is no way to delete recently sent messages. If you use the test message feature on the "Get ready to send" step of email setup, those tests will not appear on your stats or dashboard.



Was there a reason that the test message feature wasn't a good fit for what you were trying to accomplish?

Hi Matt. Thanks for your response. Most of the test messages sent through the system (rather than via the test message feature) were sent during the time period that the test message feature was not working properly. We generally use the test message feature and are very happy with it.

I just had to send a live test message to see how Merge Fields would appear.  The test message just shows the Merge Field names, not the actual field content.  Would love to be able to delete that and another from when we first moved to OLX.
