How do you make United States default country in the address section?

OUr donation page created via Online Express defaults to Canada as country and only gives minimal country options. Options do not include United States. How can I make the US the default country on the address block of the Fine Tuning tab?

Hi Heather - Make sure you have United States checked under your Account > Integration Options in OLX. See picture
