Incorrect fund allocation by donor

We have a form with multiple fund options - if a donor clicked on the wrong fund (ie, wanted to give to Fund B but clicked on Fund A) is there a way to redirect the $$ to the correct fund without having to cancel the transaction and ask the donor to re-enter it (which is bad customer service in our opinion).



Parallel question, is there a way to have a "select one" option at the top of the fund selection drop down to avoid people not realizing they need to designate a fund?
