Email Marketing pulls from Primary Record only?

Options
If a non-constituent spouse record has an email address that is unique to them (not shared) and is of a type that is mapped in OE, will it be included in an eblast?

Also, if an email exists only in a constituent's primary business record and is of a type that is mapped in OE, will it be included in an eblast?

Hi Peter. Online Express will look for mapped email address on individual and org constituents records in your query.

You can also specify relationship records you would like to include when you create your lists. Edit or create a new list and you will see a checkbox to include relationship records. You can also choose which relationship types you wish to include/exclude.

    Hello Matt,

Thanks for the response. Soo helpful :-)

I wanted to follow up and ask, if an email address exists on a spouse-constituent record but not on the spouse-relationship record will it be included?  (I know our database should not have instances of this, but it does. Ugh.)

    Thanks!
