I need an event form that will allow donors to pledge a per mile donation for a triathlon event. Any thoughts?

Hi Amy. Obviously the Online Express form wasn't designed to accommodate something like this, but perhaps you could accomplish something like it with some extra text around the additional donation amount?



Perhaps some other customers may chime in with some good ideas.
