New best practice emails - newsletter template

I see that Online Express is offering best practice messages for email marketing. The newsletter format has separate story boxes that feature the first few lines of the story with a "Read More" link. I understand that this "Read More" option will only link to existing webpages. Is it possible to have the rest of the story appear when this is clicked instead of redirecting people to different URLs?

Hi Abby. Unfortunately dynamic content like you describe that is common and great for the web isn't very well supported in the world of email.

Hi - in trying to edit the Gift Appeal template, how do I set up the "Edit Donate" button and selecting in the pop up box where to choose a donation page to link to?

Hi Steve. When you edit the donation button in emails, you can select from your Online Express donation forms based on the pages the forms are embedded on.



The button editor will offer you choices to link to your forms on any pages they have been visited at. If you have just created a new form and not yet embedded it on a page, or visited that page, it may not show up in the list to choose from.
