Can I add email addresses to an OE mass email who are not in the RE database?

Hi Mary. Online Express sends messages through RE queries, including constituent records, org records, and relationship records. We do not support email addresses outside of RE. A record is required to properly track email stats, activity history, merge fields, etc.



That said, we are thinking about some clever ways to make adding lightweight records to RE easy and non-intrusive to the rest of your reporting.
