Why can't I edit the Event autoresponder?

We have recently set-up an event registration page for an up coming tournamenet.  The event ticket purchase thank you (auto-responder) has information that I need to delete.  For example, the event name, tax receipt information and some of the text (it claims that the response is a receipt for tax purposes which, at least in Canada, it is not).  How can I change this text?

When you are editing your event you should see item #8 in the left column, "Customize Autoresponders" which allows you to edit your autoresponders.

Also ran into the same issue... a client wants to remove the 'baked-in' Event Name/Date&Time/Duration/Links block. There is no discernable option i can think of either in the Stationary, Autoresponder Center, or anywhere in the Events module.  Unfortunately there are no classes or IDs or selectors within the email DOM of anykind to make an override solution worthwhile   -- Has anyone found a way?


Client also wants to 'pretty' the Transactional table below (add some color) which can be done because the table actually has identifiying Class and semantics to work with.
