additional Gift on Event module -

When adding a ticketed event, on the 'Edit Ticket Inforamtion' step number 4, how do I direct the 'additional gift to a specific donation campaign/ form?

It doesn't direct to a campaign. It only allows someone to give more to the event than just the cost of the ticket. That extra gift will be shown in your event report. If you want to allow a gift to a campaign, I'd recommend adding a link to it in the sales confirmation page.

This would be a great feature to add to the Event Module. It would help us out!

Allowing the "additional gift" on events to be associated with a specific designee / donations campaign AND to have a different transaction type - not "ticket purchase" - to allow it to be better filtered in reporting would be ideal.

Calendar event Additional Gifts - add ability to select designee / donation campaign and make different transaction type

This would make the "additional gift" feature on calendar events more functional and flexible. As is, we avoid using it. But our colleagues are calling for it more and more.

Ability to select designee / donation campaign

• This would help allocate the gift appropriately in our database of record

Ability to make additional gift different transaction type

• This would help identify these as gifts and not paid event registrations.
• It would also allow us to filter in ReportWriter just event gifts and ascertain the value of donations on events.
