Also manages the Development Coordinator and Development Department's overall efforts related to prospect management and research. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Data Management, Analysis, Reporting and Training

• Management of Development Coordinator and Campaigns

• Prospect Management and Research

• Administration - Office Volunteer Management and overall Development Team Support



SUMMARY OF JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years experience in data entry with Raiser's Edge or equivalent fundraising software program

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to supervise other employees effectively

• Detail oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
