Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (HFH GLA) is seeking a qualified candidate to develop and maintain the overall architecture and administration for the donor database; create the systems and processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the data. Also manages the Development Coordinator and Development Department's overall efforts related to prospect management and research. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles has been an active affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International for more than 20 years. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Data Management, Analysis, Reporting and Training

• Management of Development Coordinator and Campaigns

• Prospect Management and Research

• Administration - Office Volunteer Management and overall Development Team Support



SUMMARY OF JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years experience in data entry with Raiser's Edge or equivalent fundraising software program

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to supervise other employees effectively

• Detail oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
