Catholic Charities New Hampshire provides human services to the poor and vulnerable throughout the state. Trinity Health Partners Nursing Facilities, The New Hampshire Food Bank, Counseling, Community Outreach and advocacy, OUR PLACE, St. Charles Children’s Home are core programs of the agency. Impacting over 1:13 people a year, Catholic Charities New Hampshire serves those in need regardless of creed. We seek a Data Services Coordinator and the successful candidate will be a self-starter who is attentive to detail, well organized, accurate and flexible. The candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Access and Word and be competent with Raiser’s Edge donor database systems or equivalent software. This position will perform data entry, database maintenance, information retrieval, acknowledgement letters, and other tasks as necessary. Will review, proof and execute data imports and exports. Will create and maintain queries and reporting of data. Will create merges, pledge reminders and other daily activities to maintain database and will handle and manage on line donation, data entry of gifts and donation processing. Assists with reconciliation with the Finance Department and in the preparation for the Development audit portion in conjunction with Finance. Qualified applicants will possess an Associates Degree or equivalent experience of three or more years’ operating donor data base systems.
