Blackbaud - Advocacy Customer Success Manager

The Luminate team is looking for an Advocacy Customer Success Manager to provide strategic guidance in Advocacy related campaigns and outreach.



Responsibilities will include:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with nonprofit customers
  • Providing strategic analysis and advice on Advocacy campaigns and outreach
  • Working within our company to help ensure customer success 
Minimum qualifications:

Education: BS or BA, or equivalent experience required



Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in developing or supporting Advocacy campaigns
  • You should love helping clients and be committed to their success
  • You should be a great communicator, able to speak easily to all levels of seniority at any organization and to present materials that will impact their success
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
  • Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective need-development questions
  • In addition to Advocacy, you will also work in support of other online campaigns, such as email marketing, fundraising, events
  • Experience working with and a passion for nonprofit organizations and their unique challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, respond to customer needs quickly and effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, relational database applications, HTML development, web based presentation tools and Salesforce.com preferred
