Custom Reports Still Not Working After 6 Months! ???

It's been 6 months since 7.94 was released with broken custom reports and still this remains unfixed! Seriously, what gives? We have custom reports that we rely on every single day and for 6 months I've had to manually export the data and insert it into Crystal Reports. Does Blackbaud have any intention of fixing this? I can't imagine what could be so difficult that's preventing them from doing so. (I'm talking about the issue of custom reports ingoring the report's page size/orientation.)

    I understand the frustration with this issue and appreciate your patience here. The good news is this bug is resolved in the latest patch (RE 7.94, Patch 4), which we began to release in waves beginning last week to our customers in our hosted environment. You should have (or will shortly), receive a communication when this fix has been applied to your organization. We are planning to have the fix deployed to all customers by Monday, August 10th.
