The Philadelphia Museum of Art is seeking a Development Services Coordinator.  Come join a terrific team of advancement services professionals in an exceptionally collaborative environment that emphasizes training and growth.  The Development Services Coordinator servies as an expert in the entry and maintenance of data in The Raiser's Edge and also works with the query and export functions.



Responsibilities:
  • Participate in evaluations and decisions regarding the most effective way to input information into RE and how to best translate Development program information into the RE structure
  • Maintain and improve event participation data tracking and reporting
  • Create a series of audit queries to improve data integrity
  • Identify, plan, and implement data clean-up projects
  • Troubleshoot mailing lists produced from RE
  • Coordinate list criteria for a wide variety of donor mailings
  • Maintain standards for list exclusion related to constituent requests and internal strategies
  • Under the guidance of the Manager of Development Services produce mailing lists for events and publications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • One to two years of Development/Advancement experience
  • Proficiency in The Raiser's Edge essential functions
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Ability to work with confidential information with appropriate maturity and responsibility
