Exporting Report as Text

I am exporting several donor category reports as Tab searated text files and eventually inserting the text to a Word document.  Each name listed under each category has a paragraph line inserted.  I cannot get the word document to have No spacing for these lists of names.  Any suggestions either when exporting the report or once it is inserted to word document.  It did not do this before the 7.94 update.

I use queries to get my donor levels and I export them with a Blackbaud Simple Word Merge. That makes it easy to get the spacing that I want.
