Member Services Supervisor

The Member Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all membership payments, donations, and subscription payments are processed in a timely basis.  Primary responsibilities include supervising two staff members (one data entry, one member services), entering donations, maintaining the integrity of AMC’s member and donor files, processing and reconciling batch reports, and handling adjustments-as needed.  The MSS also tracks matching funds from corporations and foundations, provides a high level of service to members, and supports the Director of Membership with monthly/campaign reporting.
