Does anyone have a form/template that they can share for presenting information obtained to Foundation Manager?

    Foundation name

    Awarding criteria

    Organization's matching priority

    Contact with priority

    Amount available

    Deadline for app

  • I'd add any relevant past funding, to your organization or to others like you.

    I don't have a template.  I do keep a spreadsheet.  Other columns I have are the different types of funding: capital, program, endowment, etc. that I enter a yes/no in.   I also have the website link.



    On the sheet listing those we are not qualified for I have column "excluding criteria."  Info for when I'm asked why we don't apply to them.
  • In addition to the items shared by others, I would add a list of what information is required to apply for a grant with each specific foundation and a method to check off items as completed.
