Leads the develoment of a robust annual giving program including strategies to incorporate direct mail, e-campaigns, giving societies, monthly giving, newsletters and appeals.  Works with the Vice President and the Director of Individual Giving to determine campaigns for direct mail and online fundraising platforms.  Serves as the lead staff member for all donor acquisition events.  In tandem with the communications department, crafts fundraising pages that align with the annual campaign.  Actively stewards donors to ensure continued or increased support as appropriate.  Maintains contact notes with constituents through Raiser's Edge.  Creatively and enthusiastically seeks ways to increase the base of giving through donor acquisition methods. Assist with the development and dissemination of tax related benefits to qualified individuals.  



5-7 years of experience as a fundraiser specializing in individual gifts and annual fund raising.  Knowledge of Atlanta funding community is a plus.  A track record of success in growing individual donor support.  An enthusiastic, positive and team-work attitude.  Proficiency in both Microsoft office and Raiser's Edge is a must.
