is there a way to pull a participants list of imported contacts they have uploaded ?

    No, you are not able to access a participant's personal contact list that was uploaded into the participant center.

    Even if you could pull this list, which you can't. You need to remember that the contacts for that participant gave permission to the participant to have their informaiton, they did not give your organization permission to have their information. So if you contact them and they haven't donated or participated, it can be a privacy violation.
