Date Added to Center (x-posted to LCRM)

I'm trying to pull a report of everyone who joined a specific center in the last month. This doesn't seem to be an option in query builder or in mail merge. There is a Center Email Opt-In date in Report Writer but it's blank for a large percentage of people who are actually in the center. 



It is quite obviusly a date in the system. Is there a trick that I'm missing?
