For Canadian clients, how do you pull your annual T3010?

  • I have a gift query that I reuse year after year with the needed fields in the output (Name, Gift Type, Gift Date, Appeal, Package, Campaign, Fund, Gift Amount, Receipt, Receipt #, Receipt Stack, Reference, Payment Type, Notes).  Then I export this to excel and sort based on the report needs.  It also helps catch any data entry errors and provides the back-up documentation for the reports.
