mail merge - Charitable Gift Annuity payout letters

Hello - I'm trying to set up a mail merge letter template for quarterly annuity payout mailings. I'm searching in the available fields menu for Acknowledgements in Mail, but don't see anything I can use for the Payout/amount field in the Planned Gifts Tracker module. Can anyone give me some quick wisdom on how to do this? Many thanks.

  • There isn't really an easy solution. You would either have to manually add those fields in, or use query to export into an excel file, which you could then merge through word functions.
