The Princeton University Art Museum seeks a dynamic and seasoned fundraising professional to join its team as Manager of Annual and Corporate Support. Reporting to the Associate Director for Institutional Advancement, and working closely with the Director and other Museum staff, the manager is charged with proactively growing, deepening, and diversifying annual donated revenue with gifts up to $25,000 from the local and regional community in support of the Museum’s goals and its $16 million annual budget.  This highly visible position, on the front line of the Museum’s regional engagement efforts, will develop and implement strategies for membership acquisition and retention, and will create mechanisms for engaging the regional corporate community in the Museum’s mission in order to secure donated support for annual programming needs. 

  

Basic qualifications

 A bachelor’s degree is required, along with five or more years of annual and membership-based fundraising experience, preferably in a museum or cultural setting or in an institution of higher education. Also required are a deep understanding of and experience with relationship-based fundraising and the ability to articulate the special role of the arts and humanities in the context of a leadership research university.
