Luminate or Web Developer - Work From Home / Remote in USA

We are seeking a web developer with experience in Luminate Online. This is a work from home / remote position.



hjc is a unique consulting partnership providing leadership and vision in fundraising and campaign strategy to the global non-profit and progressive sectors for over 20 years.



Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, hjc is rapidly growing their US division. This is an opportunity to get on the ground floor of a fast growing agency. Our US division currently has staff based in Los Angeles, St. Louis, Salt Lake City and Austin.

We are looking for:

• An individual who can work with our creative leads and project managers remotely to conceptualize and develop innovative customized websites and solutions to meet the demands of our non-profit clients;
• A self-motivated individual who will enjoy a team-oriented environment where work can be fast-paced and requirements can change frequently;
• High degree of creativity, sensitivity to user experience design and problem solving ability.

Required:

• At least 2 years of experience in web development;
• Preference given to experience working on Blackbaud’s Luminate Online platform;
• CSS3, HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, responsive HTML based on PSD files;
• Adobe CS Suite applications: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks;
• Experience in Wordpress, building custom themes;
• Knowledge of Web Services (API’s), JSON and AJAX is also an asset;
• Good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills;
• Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
