How to become a support user for Luminate Online

Options
During the process of using Luminate Online, it is often useful or necessary to contact Luminate Support. However, each organization is allotted only a certain amount of support seats – contacts within the organization that can file cases through the Support Portal and contact support by phone or chat. Once this number has been reached, there are a few options:
  1. You can switch support seats with another member of your organization. This is a relatively quick and free fix that Luminate Support can facilitate.
  2. You can contact your Client Success Manager to add another seat. These cost an additional $75.00 per month, but can often be necessary depending on organizational needs.
