Donor Care Associate

Phoenix Rescue Mission, a Christ-Centered Ministry, is seeking a Donor Care Associate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Process donations (cash/checks/credit card) in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform customer service activities to those who financially support PRM through answering donor phone calls and email requests
• Updating donor records both proactively and at the donor’s request
• Assist in gifts in-kind donation processing and tracking

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Cash handling experience
• Previous bank operations or teller experience desirable

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word 
• Cash handling, reconciliation, record keeping, transaction inquiries and verifications
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service experience.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to be discreet and confidential with financial information
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated reliability and dependable attendance
• Able to perform tasks independently or as part of a close working team
• A solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
• Agreement with Phoenix Rescue Mission Statement of Faith
