Data Processing Coordinator at Miami Country Day School (MIAMI - FL)

The Data Processing Coordinator is an integral part of the Data and Web Services (DWS) team at Miami Country Day School. They are primarily responsible for the accurate entry of constituent and donation data into the Blackbaud databases in use at the school. This position will interact with students, parents, alumni, donors, faculty, staff, and other constituents. This position reports to the Director of Data and Web Services and the Director of Records/Registrar.



Responsibilities

• Enters and maintains constituent and donation data
• Completes daily data entry and maintenance tasks as assigned
• Provides support for constituents attempting to access DWS web services
• Produces data reports as assigned in an accurate and timely manner
• Generates gift receipts and acknowledgements
• Provides backup support for web content updates

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field or three years of related experience in a non-profit environment
• Experience with Blackbaud systems; specifically Raiser’s Edge, Education Edge/OnRecord, and NetCommunity/OnMessage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office application suite
• Understanding and experience working in a relational database model
• Attention to detail
• Ability to innovate and manage time efficiently
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively in both written and spoken English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Twist, turn and reach in completing a variety of job duties
• Sit for long periods of time using computer/technology
• Work in temperature controlled conditions for extended periods of time
• Work in wide variety of environments as found in all areas of the school
