Position Summary:




The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing is responsible for building connections among Audubon staff and supporters.  Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Director, s/he will create polished internal communication documents, as well as actively assist in the development of external facing marketing and communications efforts in a variety of channels.

 





Essential Functions:




  • Under the guidance of the Integrated Marketing Director, assist with writing, editing, and designing communications for print, email, web and other channels.
  • Manage email communications with members
  • Post content to Audubon website
  • Act as liaison with executives and leaders across the network to collect information and art for both internal publications and external publications
  • Assist in creating and producing marketing campaigns
  • Deliver support to the team and Director
  • Provide analytics to the Director when requested; ensure that all reports contain accurate, clear data.
  • Assist with other team or departmental activities as assigned.
 





Qualifications and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field required and 1 -2  years of work experience
  • Experience with Convio a plus
  • Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills; keen attention to detail a must.
  • A self-starter, with the ability to manage deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, Dreamweaver, html and CMS systems
  • A passion for birds, nature, and conservation, and the ability to share that passion with readers of all stripes.
