Grant Program Administrator

Bethesda Lutheran Communities, headquartered in SE Wisconsin but operating in 14 states, is a 111 year old organization dedicated to helping people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We are looking for an energetic, full-time person to coordinate and administer our grant program outreach to corporations and foundations.  This would include working with our analytics team to research potential foundations most likely to fund our programs and initiatives, work personally and with fundraising staff to connect and form relationships with these foundations, work with operations staff to collect the details of any program initiative, write/submit all grants and provide all foundation follow-up in the pre- and post-grant process.



Some travel will be necessary and we would consider telecommuting for the right candidate.  Competetive salary commensurate with level of experience and past track record of success.
