Program Associate for Resource Development

Global Ministries, the shared mission witness of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the United Church of Christ seeks a Program Associate of Resource Development.  The position calls for abilities as:  develop of project/program funding proposals, reports, and communications; assist in relationship-building with current and potential donors; identify and promote new and existing unconventional/innovative fundraising strategies; and assists in the elaboration of multi-media material for fundraising/development efforts. 

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree; experience in development, fund-raising, and/or project interpretation; excellent written composition and oral skills; and general knowledge of the structure and work of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and/or United Church of Christ, and the work of Global Ministries.
