Call Alerts Revamp?

Just wanted to see if anyone else thinks it's time for the call alerts module to be revamped. I've never truly understood why the interface and functionality was completely different from the action alerts and letter-to-the-editor modules. Perhaps its time to align the products a bit more...or merge them?

  • Yeah I would completely agree. Our organization almost never use the call alerts feature for this reason. In fact - I've taken to basically adapting the action alerts to use as a call alert for logging calls - but this has proved clunky at best.

    I agree with this as well. I just recently used this and only got three people to log a call. Both the admin and the user side could more user friendly I think. I don't see anything in the ideas portal so I may add this request.
