Customer Service and Development Assistant April 09, 2015 - April 30, 2015 Location: Concord, NH Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Part Time Department: Development Description: The Customer Service and Development Assistant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our visitors and callers. He or she welcomes guests to the broadcast center, greets callers and maintains positive relationships with listeners and donors. He or she maintains donor records, prepares daily deposits, manages mail and packages and assists with mailings and events. This position reports to the Vice President, Development and Communications. Duties: - Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers to the station. - Assist donors with updates to their records. - Assist with mailings by merging, printing and mailing letters. - Assist with special events. - Collect and distribute mail and packages. - Ensure proper inventory levels of business stationery and other development-related supplies. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Friendly, courteous, comfortable manner in telephone and face-to-face interactions. - Strong desire to engage people and ability to make listeners and visitors feel valued. - Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office. - Perform with accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail and excellence. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
