Location: Concord, NH Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Part Time Department: Development Description: The Development Assistant is responsible for the accurate entry of gifts and donor information into the database. He or she enters gifts to the organization, maintains constituent records, updates solicitation codes and merges duplicate records. This position reports to the Vice President, Development and Communications. Duties: - Enter donor gifts into the database in a timely and accurate manner. - Provide outstanding customer service. - Work with Membership Operations Manager to discover and implement efficiencies in the database. - Help ensure that the highest ethical and administrative standards are applied to fundraising and financial management. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office. - Data entry experience required, experience with Raiser’s Edge preferred. - Performs with accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail and excellence. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment. - Courteous, comfortable manner in telephone and face-to-face interactions.
