Problem with starting row/column for labels

I recently have run into a problem out of the blue with prinintg labels in RE Mail. The problem only happens when I choose to start the printing of the labels  at a particular row or column (using "Start prining in Row:" option). What happens is that it will only start in Row 1 Column 2, every time regardless what I choose. I have tried different label sizes, different computer systems, different queries, different records, etc. Nothing works. If I leave it to start at Row 1 Column 1, it works fine. But as soon as I choose a different starting location (to match previously used label sheets) it will only start at Row 1 Column 2.



Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it? It worked fine for me for months, then suddenly one day it started doing this.

Labels do not print in correct column and row when adjusting the Start in fields in 7.94 If a user changes the Start Printing in Row or Column field from anything other than Row 1, Column 1, the labels will start printing in Row 1, Column 2. This happens with any Form type chosen for the labels . BB755075
