Senior Accountant - Water Missions International

Sr. Accountant reports to Controller, responsible for assisting with coordination, accuracy and integrity of the organization’s accounting/payroll functions.​ These functions include preparation of internal and external financial statements, establishing and maintaining global accounting policies, practices, procedures and initiatives.​ The Senior Accountant is also responsible for the integrity, accuracy and controls of the US payroll process.  Growth potential for qualifed candidates.  Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required

·      CPA would be beneficial but not required

·      Five to seven years of experience in all aspects of accounting.​  Strong working knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, cost accounting, GAAP, preferably in manufacturing and/or non-profit environment.  Product costing and activity based costing is a plus

·      Payroll experience required
