Saint Peter’s University Hospital was founded in 1907 and is part of the Saint Peter’s Healthcare System formed in 2007 that also includes the Saint Peter’s Foundation and Saint Peter’s Health and Management Services Corporation, which oversees various initiatives (the Margaret McLaughlin McCarrick Care Center, CARES Surgicenter, and Adult Day Center in Monroe). Saint Peter’s University Hospital is a state-designated children’s hospital and regional perinatal center, an affiliate of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and is sponsored by the Diocese of Metuchen.

 

Database Administrator

Full Time Days

 

Oversee all major functions of Raiser’s Edge database including gift entry, production of acknowledgement letters and donor receipts, and reports. Identify, develop and maintain best practices to ensure that system is being utilized in a manner that will maximize use for fundraising purposes. Supervise office manager with essential duties of entering information in Raiser’s Edge and support Foundation staff by implementing and managing a prospect management system.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in fundraising with advanced knowledge of Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge. Advanced knowledge of Raiser’s Edge Crystal reporting.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Works well under pressure to meet deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Understanding of basic accounting principals and practices.
