Manage small but growing database for the Southeast's top provider of counseling services to trauma victims, housing and mental health services to foster children and their families, group homes for abused and neglected children with emotional and behavioral problems.  Since 1981 CHRIS Kids has been dedicated to healing and recovery for children, youth, adults and families .



Position reports to VP Development.  



A key member of a small Development team, the candidate must be organized, detail oriented, with the ability to report and analyze results of promotional activities:  email appeals, mail appeals, major gift activity, events.  Position manages all aspects of RE database, ensuring and maintaining the integrity of all constituent records.  Responsible for recording and maintaining business rules.  Tasks include managing acknowledgements, Net Community activity, managing bidding software vendors at events, using Research Point and mining for major gift prospects. 



The successful candidate has solid RE experience or the equivalent with a non-profit organization.  A demonstrable commitment to child and family welfare and mental health will be a distinct advantage. Should be a self-starter comfortable operating in a collaborative team environment.
