Development Database & Scholarship Coordinator (Administrative Coordinator I) #1526  (Radvertising–Previous Applicants Need Not Reapply) –   This position requires a bachelor’s degree and two (2) years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or an associate degree and  four (4) years of relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services. Experience with Raisers Edge or other fundraising software is preferred. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint), and database software and research and analysis techniques. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and customer service skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential. This position provides support for the Development Department's resource development activities including coordinating and managing the college’s electronic database of 63,000+ constituent records, maintaining the department’s webpages, processing scholarship applications and administering scholarship awards, generating and distributing reports and donor listings, generating and distributing written/electronic communications, processing donor contributions and acknowledgement letters, and tracking/cultivating special event and donor appreciation activities. Salary is commensurate with education and experience based on SC pay band 5 with a salary of $31,805 – $58,848.
