dashboard and Gift detail report not matching

I am working on the fund summary dashboard and comparing this to Gift Details and Summary Fund report. They are not matching so any idea on how to match as closest I can? The blackbaud has no idea and it says that they are working on the solution so.... grrrrr!!!

Through trial and error I've learned that some of the dashboards and/or reports default to include/exclude certain gift types.  My first thought would be to check that and make sure the exact same gift types are being compared.  You may have to add gift type as a criteria. 



That's with pre 7.94 and BB support then helped me figure it out.

I'd make sure to check if Soft Credits are being included in one or the other, and if you use pledges, that both pledges and pay-cashes are not being reported.

Do you have any stock gifts?  Dashboard shows the sold value of stock, not the gift value as most fundraising people would want to see.
