DePelchin Children's Center is committed to meeting the needs of children as one of the largest providers of mental health, foster care and adoption services in Texas, and we have an opportunity for an individual who desires to be part of this experience. The Director of Major Gifts will manage the individual major gifts program and planned giving initiatives of DePelchin Children's Center. Position will provide leadership in the creation and implementation of strategies related to the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of major gifts (donations of $25,000 and above) to achieve the financial goals established for the department. Actively manage a portfolio of 100 to 150 major gift prospects including individuals, foundations and corporations, with an emphasis on securing major gifts from individual donors. Conduct a minimum of 14 face-to-face donor visits per month and show demonstrated movement toward solicitation in an appropriate timeframe.
