A national, nonprofit patient advocacy organization headquartered in Portland, Ore, is seeking a full time experienced Database Coordinator. Responsibilities will include creating and running database queries and exports to fulfill data/reporting requests; assisting with data analysis and database projects; inputting and updating constituent information; coordinating and processing data between databases; and providing customer service to internal and external constituents by telephone and email. Requirements include Bachelor's degree and 2+ years Raiser's Edge experience or comparable database experience; knowledge of data reporting, creating queries, exporting and importing records; accurate data inputting and attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong customer service experience.
