The Donor Data Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining North Shore Medical Center's (NSMC) Raiser's Edge database of over 165,000 records and managing the recording, receipting and acknowledgement of gifts to NSMC. S/he is responsible for monthly reconciliation with finance, importing and exporting information, reporting and analysis. This position maintains the department's policies and procedures. S/he serves as an internal resource for information systems issues and as liaison to Partners Development IS. This position supervises a part-time gift administration position and reports to the Director of Development Operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.  Three or more years of Raiser's Edge experience. Comprehensive understanding of gift processing principles and practices and IRS standards. Strong ability to organize and prioritize work, detail oriented and efficient. Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce clear documentation. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and constant deadlines. Familiarity with 501c(3) organizations and HIPAA guidelines.
