What type of report and information are you looking for in the report?

As to RE reports, combining cash and in-kind gifts limits your options.  Cash Receipts Journal only pulls cash.  GIK report only GIK.  The Gift Detail and Summary Report can accommodate both gift types but may not have other info you want.  You'll still want a query for what records to use.

Are you looking for a report because you want layout to look better than a query or excel file?  Maybe you could take your query to the Export function and export data to a word doc with headings you want.
