The presentation was enclosed along with the post. At the bottom you should see 'Attached Files' and the file is there. Are you not seeing this perhaps?

It doesn't come with the email posts (unless I have a setting that blocks it) but Gina's attachment can be seen/downloaded from the link when you access her post on the website.  Good info!
