Need advice in exporting constituent information for Campaign

We are trying to report on Campaign activities and need to be able to do the following: 1. In exporting Campaign Prospects we need to be able to export proposal-related information based on proposal name or campaign, not based on purpose. 2. In exporting Proposal Linked Actions, we need to be able to order the action in ascending or descending order by date. 3. In exports including Action Note descriptions - we would like to show the most recent note description for each action - not the oldest note description. 4. In preparing campaign action reports, we would like to show only the note descriptions, not just entire note. Is any of this possible, and can you explain how it can be done? Many thanks! Jill
