Major Gift Officer Job Summary:

 

The Major Gift Officer is responsible for cultivating and soliciting gifts from prospects rated $50,000 and above. This individual will manage a portfolio of 100 or more prospects, and may be called upon to assist in planning and staffing prospect strategies on behalf of the Head of School, volunteer leaders, the Director of Advancement and other senior members of faculty and staff.  The Officer will focus time and effort on securing support for a set of campus-wide priorities identified through the strategic planning process, including gifts to the Dexter Southfield Annual Fund.
